At present, JTU is the largest organization of teachers in Japan. You will be surprised to see the organization chart with the diversity of professions who support schools. Teachers in each profession have annual meetings respectively in summer, with a view to demanding and realizing better working conditions and to improving their professional capacities.

At all levels of education, including primary, secondary and higher education, schools are built upon the work of different categories of people. For all those who work in schools, it is important to know that their work are supported and be made functional by the work of many other people. It is because education is directed at human beings and a source of their hope.
